Mar. 17--The Finance and Transport ministries will work together to revise up land valuations used in the expropriation of land along the new Rarm Intra-Outer Ring Road expressway.
Property Valuation Bureau director Klaew Thongsom said most of the owners of the land plots expropriated for the expressway construction had appealed the court, saying that they had received unfair compensation for their land.
"The existing land valuations are far below current market prices. We will revise them," he said.
The 11-kilometre expressway will be built from Rarm Intra Road and Soi Vacharapol to connect with the Outer …
