The Albany Patroons are headed into the Continental Basketball Association's postseason. But for 3( quarters Sunday night, it appeared as if the Patroons would be on the outside looking in.
The Pats rallied to defeat the homestanding Indiana Alley Cats 118-114 at The Wigwam in Anderson, Ind., to clinch the CBA's American Division title on the regular season's final day. Albany secured five points, two more then it needed, to edge the Minot Skyrockets for the division championship.
